The dry space cooler is appropriately mounted to the building truss system and connected to a chilled water source from a nearby air cooled chiller. The dry space cooler continuously discharges cold refrigerated air downward where the big fan will then spread it out to every corner of the workspace.

The integrated system will activate an energy-efficient operational mode once the specified temperature setpoint is achieved. During this phase, the dry space cooler will operate at minimal capacity, while the primary ventilation fan continues to function at its full operational capacity to maintain optimal energy-efficiency.
