Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV)

Provides fresh, outdoor air while exhausting stale indoor air and, crucially, recovers both heat and moisture to pre-condition the incoming air.

Issues With Traditional Indoor Air-Conditioning Solution

Stale Air: The system recirculates existing indoor air, which can become stale, dry, and accumulate contaminants like dust, bacteria, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
Overworking: Without ventilation, the air conditioner must work harder to both cool and filter the air, leading to increased energy consumption and higher utility bills.

Bringing in Outdoor to Indoor.

Fresh air change system draws in clean, fresh air from
outside into the office workspace and sends stale air out. AirVision air change system features a patented heat exchanger which facilitates the transference of heat and moisture between the air streams. That way, the air that comes in picks up the coldness of the air that is sent out but not the contamination. Also, the air change unit captures the outside contaminants and pollutants ensuring that that enters the office space is clean. Along with this transfer of air streams, the system expels an equal amount of air from the office space.

How AirVision System is Installed?

ERV is mounted in a suitable location, then running separate, insulated ductwork for fresh air intake and stale air exhaust. Next, the ductwork is connected to the unit and the appropriate outlets/inlets inside the house and through the exterior wall.

Filter pressure switch sense the differential pressure build-up and send a signal.

Primary Filters Medium Filter
Medium filter is of grade F9 96% efficient in capturing particles of 1-3 micron under pm2.5 atmospheric pollutants.
Touch Screen Intelligent Controller
The controller comes standard with the fresh air change
unit and controls the overall operation of the unit and

CO2 Sensor
The addition of a CO2 sensor to the fresh air change system allows the monitoring of CO2 levels in the workspace. Data are sent directly to the Touch Screen Intelligent Controller
